Hi guys,
I was wondering, to get a full set, (and the nice glow effects etc.) do you need to have the accessories all the way up too? Or does it just go for the normal outfit. Thanks in advance

You need to have all 10 items apart from weapon at the same +, starting with +3.
+9/+10 and +11/+12 sets are an exception as you can still attain set effect when mixing them.

There's also 4-5 item sets every 12 levels that you can get as drops from bosses.
They consist of two rings, a bracelet, and a necklace.
The later ones also have a tablet to go with them.
An example of one of these sets is the Chujeoksu set you start with when creating a new character.
