How to obtain sets - GuardianOfLight - 02-15-2016
Hey guys,
I never really got into getting sets, but with the new start I wanted to try it out. Problem is I never find the last set piece, the necklace. How do I obtain this?
Do I keep killing the same mobs which gave me the Rings and bracelet? Do I have to kill a certain boss?
I got countless of rings and bracelets, but not a single necklace.
Somebody can give me a heads up?

Yap, u need to kill a lot of booses or go farm bf, i just get 120 set neck from bf mobs

Would you guys be into it to list up which mob dropped which set piece? IMO we could compile a nice guide from your info =) something we all achieved together.
Not everyone has the time to kill hundreds of every mob to find the sets.

General Rule of thumb ive noticed. if ur looking for, say, the 48 set necklace, then ur range of monster levels is(in theory) 48-59. at 60, the next set should start dropping. now some Bosses are more inclined to drop set items more than others, i almost always get a set item fromt he Black Scorpion.
But yea, TL;DR: Kill between the set u want, and the next set in Level Requirements. 48-59, 60-71, 72-83, etc

Yes indeed! That confirms my experience. Yesterday though the funniest thing happened. I was farming in Shungwa dungeon hoping to get the 48set necklace. Once again every set item drop were rings or bracelets. Then I decided to equip 3parts of the set which I already obtained. And BOOM, next mob I kill drops the set necklace. Like it now realized I only needed the necklace to complete the set.

So you think that more items of ( lets say 84 lvl set) u've equipped the biggest chance is that you'll drop remaining parts ?

Well, obviously it could have been pure luck, as I had been killing about 80 mobs in that same spot. But it seems an interesting idea to test out. If I think about it though, it seems a bit far fetched to assume the server takes into account which items you have equipped to influence the item drop roll.
