How about enter shoutbox on forum? Everybody could post what they want, e.g. searching party, say hello or something. It could limit spam, senseless topic etc.

Up to the current bandwidth usage
when i implemented it in a popular server it drained the web host bandwidth lol
then i had to use Cbox X_x
