Patch problems - napros - 02-28-2016

I have a problems when try to patch BMH_Setup_28.02.2016. patch done but still  cant play game.
Some1 can help me

I cant play this game long time
Some1 can help me what's wrong for install
how  fix this problem?

1 -  I have this setup files

2- when all 2 files install done and i start run Bright Martial Heroes exe file
when patch start ist stop on 0039.zip file.
