As the title say
Its about change all the quests to level req. limit to 160,so if u are in rush leveling (potted as hell
) u can spend time doing the quests later

It should work with essential quest like Skills (lv 12), reset, banno, jun.
There will be no sense to make common quests from, for example 20lvl on 120 lvl to get 0,0000000000(...)1% exp

well its both a good idea and a bad idea, personally i've suggested igor to actually remove many of the lvl 1-36 quests and make them available on higher lvls instead (including of course rewards, and objectives) as well.
