Quest: Kill ZH - Siniroth - 02-09-2016
On the 3rd step to the quest it asks to "Get a unique item from ZH Chief" however, ive scoured the entire Sunghwa Dungeon... and i cant find the chief. any help?

Mob is located near lvl 48 Scimitar Kings in sungwha.

You can also find all the mobs required for the faction quest if you go over the large bridge near the Deep/Nature cave.
