I've made up my mind to make a guide about two sections from the GO Shop that people have some sort of struggle with.
Functionals
1000 Market Points - Increase MHP/GO Balance by 1000 Points (This item can be traded)
500 Market Points - Increase MHP/GO Balance by 500 Points (This item can be traded)
100 Market Points - Increase MHP/GO Balance by 100 Points (This item can be traded)
Faction Ex Potion (84) - Change your faction to the opposite one (Your character must be naked to proceed)
Move Character Scroll - Move your character from one account to another
Special Cargo (15) - Allows you to open your cargo from your inventory for the next 15 days
Taesungstone (K) - Allows you to change any class's equipment into Monk's one
Taesungstone (M) - Allows you to change any class's equipment into Mage's one
Taesungstone (A) - Allows you to change any class's equipment into Assassin's one
Taesungstone (W) - Allows you to change any class's equipment into Warrior's one
Heavenly Revival - Revive your character on the exact same spot without losing the EXP as a death penalty
Mu-myuong Tag - Change your character's name (Must quit your guild \ Delete friends \ Break off Master & Student relationship)
Jun Potion - Reset your character's attributes from the "Char Info" (Press C)
Banno Potion - Resets your skills and compensates the skill points
Tae Potion - Resets one skill of your choice and compensates skill points
Karma Notice Amulet - Allows you to shout for everyone in game to see your message
Enhancements
Supreme Attack Power (L) - Increase your character's attack by 60 points for the last 10 hours
General For Blood - Special item to increase your Mount's \ Pet's \ Mutation's exorcism for specific types of mob
Contunental For Blood - Special item to increase your Mount's \ Pet's \ Mutation's exorcism for specific types of mob
Ghost For Blood - Special item to increase your Mount's \ Pet's \ Mutation's exorcism for specific types of mob
Chivalry For Blood - Special item to increase your Mount's \ Pet's \ Mutation's exorcism for specific types of mob
Fast Tamed Bear - Upgraded Bear , usable from lvl 120 (Doesn't require the Speedy Horse Upgrade)
Experience Tag © - Double your EXP income for an hour
Fast Tamed Dragon - Upgraded Dragon usable from lvl 120 (Doesn't require the Speedy Horse Upgrade)
FADR Potion - Increases your Critical Success Rate by 25% for 10 hours (Increase your character's crit success rate)
DSR Potion - Increases your Defence Success Rate by 25% for 10 hours (Increase the chance of Dodging upcoming attacks)
ASR Potion - Increases your Attack Success Rate by 25% for 10 hours (Increases your character's accuracy)
Greater Jackpot Tag - Increases Star rate by 15x and drop rate by 3x
Gold Carp - Special item to boost your Mount's \ Mutation's power once you use the Speedy Horse Tablet on it
Chaehun Bag - Special Bag to boost your stats for 10 days (Usable from lvl 84 to 160)
Jinjoo Bag - Special Bag to boost your stats for 10 days (Usable from lvl 72 to 160)
Beechae Bag - Special Bag to boost your stats for 10 days (Usable from lvl 60 to 160)
Sansho Bag - Special Bag to boost your stats for 10 days (Usable from lvl 48 to 160)
Geumdan Bag - Special Bag to boost your stats for 10 days (Usable from lvl 36 to 160)
Handan Bag - Special Bag to boost your stats for 10 days (Usable from lvl 24 to 160)
Great Jackpot Tag - Increases Star rate by 10x and drop rate by 2x
M Life Potion - Increases your HP by 30% for 10 hours
ComboSSR Potion - Increases the success rate of your Combo by 50% for 10 hours (Increases the chance of Green Crit by 50%)
Super Speedy Upgrade - Used to upgrade your mount to enhance its stats (Can be used only once)
FD Potion - Increases Final Damage by 50% for 10 hours (Increases your critical damage by 50%)
FDD Potion - Decreases Final Damage by 25% for 10 hours (Decreases the damage done on your character by 25%)
FAD Potion - Increases your Attack by 25% for 10 hours
Life FDSR Potion - Increases your Life by 30% and Defence by 25% for 10 hours
FD CCSR Potion - Increases your Final Damage and Combo Success Rate by 50% (Increases your critical damage and the chance of green crits by 50%)
FAD FASR Potion - Increase your Attack and Attack Success Rate (Accuracy) by 25% for 10 hours
FDD FASR - Reduces the damage and increases the Critical Success Rate by 25% for 10 hours
New Status Sundan - Boosts your character's attributes by 10 points for 5 hours

there are several packages with potions ... but I am not sure what they actually contain. can you post them too?

After you click on Package Icon, you'll get a whole description of what it contains in the bottom bar.
