Make sure you have installed:-
Microsoft visual C++ 2008,2010,2012 (x86) and (x64). You need both (x86) and (x64) versions if you are on 64 bit.
Microsoft .net frame work.
Direct X (9.29.952.31111) and Direct X patch (6.2.9200.16492).
Easiest way is to use IObit Driver Booster. Needs to be pro (not free version) for it to find/update the C++ etc for you. There are free unlock codes out there if you search.

i download mirror 1 (5x) and mirros 2 too and still cannot connection to ftp server

Check your firewall settings. May be that you've disabled connections for Launcher. Either, run it as admin.
