A: When all obvious bugs are corrected and logic systems are complete.

A: Busy reading complaints instead of getting constructive bug reports.

A: To get out of OBT faster.
Q: Why is it so easy to level?
A: To speed up testing.
The staff is very small but very committed to getting out of OBT. The programmers work every waking hour to resolve any bugs found by testers. Certain types of bugs can be hard to track down and take time. Once an attempt to fix a bug is made it must be retested to make sure its fixed. Waiting for a reset to play is dumb, it could be months till this happens, meanwhile you could be playing. The less people that are testing, the longer OBT will take. If your bored or don't see a point in playing then do something fun like PK people.
