It is like printing money in real life... If you make .. I don't know.. a poker table where the players bet and win the others gold.. then this is more better. But I think this is a bit hard to make. The only good think about casino is that the buffs and pot countdown stops. In my opinion the casino room should stay, but the betting system should end.
Also, nontradable GOs.. that will be ugly for the game. There are ppl who really can't afford to donate but want to play, earn gold and want to spend on easy ways to level. Also there are ppl who can donate and sell the GOs for gold/items to ppl who worked hard to get the gold.
However.. when all ppl have huge amounts of gold.. they don't need to sell GOs and the others will get frustrated because they have the gold but can't get the GOs. So.. it is simple.. tooooo muuuuch goooold already in this game.
Also.. I know casino make ppl rich.. but I don't use it because when I start playing and winning.. I can't stop and eventually I loose. So I keep away from it.. and can say that my earning are only reasonable .. from farming, event drops.. BF.. doesn't matter.. but not from Casino. I can bet that in 2 weeks without casino the game will start to look much better.
Or... you can downgrade the server from the look of MH before SZ, warfare pots, upgrades beyond +9, the old upgrade systems, etc(just joking)
He is suggesting make GO itself non tradeable. The GO items, like warfare pots and unique map manuals are still trade able and accessible for f2p players.
As far as the casino is concerned. People are making a big deal out of seeing 3300 flash across the screen. What you DON'T see is the tens of thousands of gold being lost and vacuumed out of gamblers accounts. I'd argue 99% of the players on BMH have lost more gold than they have won. Ask any consistent gamblers in Pandora palace and they will support this claim.
