Requesting (Fast) level guide

If you worry at lvl 40 that it is too slow to lvl up.. then I think you will quit pretty fast.

I usually lvl up mostly doing quests till lvl 47 and umm... takes like 2-3h
After lvl 47 you need more then quests to lvl up so from there it is your choice and/or money how fast you can lvl.

DL is not the right map to lvl up.. mobs are hard and the exp is so good. DL before tibet and rc/mc was the best map to lvl, but now is just a forgotten land. Until lvl 60 or so you can lvl pretty easy at fix mob in tibet (if you find a party) and can tank that mobs. after that is pretty hard to find a party for lvling.. so you will have to get rc/mc tichet and.. get plvl for a great party and go for the lvl 144-155 mobs and they will be your best friends until lvl 110

And yeah... you will need to be full potted and with exp tags to lvl fast, also after lvl 80 better get aoe skills... to hit as many mobs you can with few resources. But I suggest to you now.. to do a bit of farming since it is a farming event and earn money to buy yourself nice gear
