I think I know what is the problem. Your antivirus detects ijl11.dll as a virus. This dll installs automatically with the game, and is located in your game installation folder (see attached picture).

In your antivirus software add BMH game folder to exception list, so it won't delete the file again. Download and paste the DLL to the folder where "Bright Martial Heroes.exe" is located.
