All mobs higher than lv 36 have a chance of spawning wolk creatures. I do not remember what is the max lvl difference between you and the mob to spawn an event mob but I guess no lower than 8 lvls than your lvl. This limit only applies to mobs lower than you. So if you are lv 60 you can kill mobs 100lvl and still have a chance of spawning event mobs. This rule applies to all events that spawn some creatures.
During this event you can drop the following items:
- sams/sam manuals (up item for items 144+)
- 3D kij wep boxes(manuals)
- special pots (30%xp for 2h)
- sso/ssc/ssw (up items - used either with combination with jade manuals to obtain jades or for uping 7-10+ items 1-143)
And maybe something else I've forgotten
During this event you can drop the following items:
