This is a Problem Windows Defender is causing. On Windows 10, Go to Anti-Virus settings and then you get to the tab so called 'Settings for Anti Virus' I guess  Blush My Windows is in German sorry hahaha  Big Grin but then all you have to do is: Turn of the Real-Time Protection and you should be good.  Cool
