closed before login screen

downloaded the game. downloaded the C+. ran as admin. the game opens with a white screen then goes away. assistance is needed lol.

now it says the game has crashed inside the bmh folder. idk what to do anymore since im not actually getting any help.
this is what it says when I opened the bmh.err file. if you could help so I can play would be nice.
