Warrior bead/where to level

I just came back after a long break and cant remember much. I would like to know what the best bead is for warrior and where/how to level. 

I can boost myself but was tibet best sport for that? My warrior is 44 atm.

Our top 1 Assassin is using Hp/Def meta bead so based on class differences I guess the best bead for Warrior would be attack/crit.

make bead to +13 then add other +13 beads to level it at like at 25% chance with no break chance
